Process Description

Workshop usually combine with the refining plant mainly includes crystallization and filtration section for fractionation.

Crystallization process:

In this section, the crystallization tanks are emptied separately in parallel to ensure the time for crystallizing.

A alarm display has been used that show us the oil intake level. When the oil enters the first crystallization tank, and the intake level reaches the position we set, it will switch into the next crystallization tank, we use computer to control.

Crystallization tank has the frequency conversion controlled stirring devices. To achieve the purpose of uniform cooling without destroying the grain structure, the stirring speed will also be controlled by computer according to the different crystallization processes.it is also a cylinder with a sufficient area to place the cooling coils and the stirrers with a particular designed paddle, to ensure the oil is fully mixed during the slow cooling process.

Each crystallizer has its own closed-circuit cooling medium circulation system in which the cooling medium will be circulate at a high speed. In the crystallizing period, the water temperature in the circulating pipe is detected at any time and compared with the set value.

The water temperature is regulated by controlling the quality of the freezing medium. Any water that enters the crystallization tank's circulating water system will cause an equal amount of water to overflow into the respective water systems.

Within the whole process, each crystallization tank is controlled by PLC system through presetting freezing parameters. The computer controls the cooling rate of the oil to achieve the best effect, by controlling the temperature of the circulating cooling medium in the frozen coil tube in the crystallization tank.
