The oil steamer is a continuous piece of equipment, one of the main equipment used in oil processing, for wetting and steaming oil flakes from flaking rollers. The use of the oil seed steamer fulfils the requirements of the pressing and solvent extraction process, reduces the viscosity of the oil, removes the biological activity of the oil, increases the oil yield and improves the quality of the oil and cake.

The machine can also be used as a softening kettle to soften crushed oil seeds and improve the quality of the flaking. Use steam or heat-conducting oil as the heat source. Diameter can be 1.2m, 1.5m or 1.8m and the number of lavers can be 3, 4 or 5. It is an ideal continuous oil softening and steaming equipment for large and medium-sized oil processing plants, and also used for steaming and frying other material billets in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
