    Product Description:


    Biodiesel is a kind of alternative fuel produced by using renewable resources, with outstanding environmental protection and renewability.


    With the increasing depletion of fossil fuels and the emergence of global warming, biodiesel has a broad prospect as a substitute for petroleum and other fossil fuels.


    Our patented biodiesel technology (PATENT No. ZL 200620031879.7) is a fatty acid methyl ester liquid fuel that can replace diesel oil by using animal and vegetable fats and oils, waste from vegetable oil refining, and household waste oil as raw materials, and producing it through complex esterification and methyl esterification reactions.


    The technology has the following advantages.


    1) Using new acid-catalyzed, esterification and transesterification reaction process.


    2) Adaptable to any acid-valent oil involved in the reaction.

    Two Main Section In Biodiesel Processing:


    1. Ester Section:


    Biodiesel is mainly produced from animal and vegetable fats and oils, waste from vegetable oil refining and domestic waste oil, through complex esterification and methyl esterification reactions. Among them, the esterification reaction is the main part of biodiesel preparation. In this esterification process, the choice of catalyst and equipment is especially critical.


    Our biodiesel esterification process and production equipment have the characteristics of short esterification time, high degree of esterification, low investment in production equipment, easy maintenance and low energy consumption.


    2. Distillation section:


    In the process of biodiesel producing, the mixture of fatty acid methyl ester, glycerol and water with different carbon chain lengths is obtained after the esterification reaction, so it needs to be separated by the distillation section.


    Our biodiesel esterification process and production equipment have the following characteristics:


    1) The distillation tower is connected with the esterification reactor, and the high concentration of methanol from the distillation is directly returned to the esterification reactor after condensation, which is conducive to improving the esterification reaction rate.


    2) Distillation directly removes the water generated after the reaction, effectively reducing the occurrence of esterification reverse reaction.


    3) By controlling the temperature and pressure, the fatty acid methyl ester mixture with different carbon chain length can be fractionated into fatty acid methyl ester with different carbon chain degree such as medium carbon chain fatty acid methyl ester and long carbon chain fatty acid methyl ester according to the customer's demand.
